Berala

"The strategic conjunctional inner west suburb with so much culture & country style to live with"

Been living in Berala for not too short of five years, and I just found out more and more to love about it:
1. Companying with Sydney`s rapid growth, stretching out more and more to the west, Berala`s location has become central and prime, now connecting expensive and built-up inner west, industrial southwest, and diverse great west. It`s so easy to travel to busy hubs like Sydney City, Burwood, Flemington markets, Olympic Park, Rhodes, Parramatta, and Bankstown within a 15-30mins train ride or drive.
2. As main logistic centres such as Regents Park, Chullora are nearby, we can always be the first to get our parcels in this online shopping time, not alone the fastest NBN has been firstly and fully installed here.
3. The collection of furniture malls are just along nearby Parramatta road where it is so convenient to get things for house renovation and building.
As well as all the essential franchise businesses: Costco, Bunnings, Officeworks, Reading cinema, Baby bunting, Kmart, etc.
4. Yet, Berala can still offer us the country-style small-town vibe of living, because it is a house/townhouse suburb with less density and lots of green leafy areas. Golf course, football fields, parks.
5. Access to great education and medical support: Jack & Jill Preschool, Berala public school, nearby TAFE, and Sydney University. Auburn hospital.
6. So much culture to see and enjoy. Senior Chinese doing Taichi in parks every morning, people from Tonga wearing Tupenu (Tongan style grass skirts) go to the church on Sundays, enjoying a bowl of Pho from the Vietnamese restaurant or a tom yum soup from the local Thai restaurant. And if you are a Buddist, there is even the famous Buddist temple(Ling Yen Mountain Temple 澳洲靈嚴山寺) rooting in Berala!!
