"it is perfect for anyone who doesn't seek the busy city modern life"

quiet, leafy large streets, privacy, excellent local schools, close to shops and 10 min drive to belrose supacentra and brookvale/ warringah mall bigger comercial areas. 10 min drive to any of the northern beaches ,20 km to city.
