"Old houses in not very safe neighbourhood"
Except for some new development in south Figtree, the rest is full of old ugly buildings. There have been so many theft report from cars and homes ther.

"Real Heaven"
Can't be better!
In the past 6-7 months that I have been working in Mt pleasant, I wish I afford one of those super beautiful luxury houses up the hill with those great ocean views.
