Unfortunately after nearly 12 years living in East Victoria park we have decided to Leave. Ideally would have loved to stay but to purchase what we want its way to expensive. So we have done the next best thing and bought in carlisle near the lathlain border. Another under rated suburb.
I agree with several comments about East Victoria Park being the next Subiaco & Leederville and no doubt in the future the area will be rated as one of the best suburbs to live in.
