"Proximity to M11 & M3, Walking Distance to Beach and Train Station"

At this price range, there might be no other place where you can buy a house within walking distance to the beach. It's a neighbourhood with a quiet and peaceful vibe. It's an excellent place for young couples or families with young children. I hope more considerate and well-mannered new neighbours move in like the ones we have now!

"Affordable Housing, Tranquil Neighbourhood, Friendly Neighbours"

I purchased my first house here in 2022. Right after moving in, I received welcome gifts and cards from neighbours. When there are house parties or events, I also send letters to nearby neighbours seeking their understanding. With many long-time residents on this street, there's a great sense of greeting and excellent manners among neighbours. I hope this positive vibe continues, and I also want to contribute to it.
During the two years of living in this neighbourhood, personally, I've felt the kindness and warmth of local people! It's ideal for those who love the beach, as it takes about 15 minutes to walk to Kananook Station and around 30 minutes to walk to the beach. Although it's within 5 minutes of M11 and M3, there's no noise from busy traffic. If you wake up early in the morning, you can smell the fresh air, almost like being at a campsite. Enjoying these benefits in this price range is truly fortunate!
