I recently purchased a 4 bedroom home.
She needed some work and trees cleared - I can now see the city from my front balcony.

I'm only 33 but come from a small town, hence why I probably enjoy the neighbourhood. The people are very friendly and will always give you a hello when passing them on one of the many paths along the creeks and parks. The proximity to the city is also another unrecognised bonus. Since moving here in early 2019 many of my friends are now looking for property in the area. Sit back and reek the rewards. The houses are being renovated and the rewards are going to be huge!
