"Great Street, Good Neighbourhood"

* a quiet street close to main road intersection with traffic lights on Hamilton and Bilsen Road
* poinciana trees line some of the footpaths
* combination of home building styles in the street from modern executive to renovated post-war
* walking distance to several local shops
* close to two major shopping centres
* close to Chermside Aquatic Centre and Water Park, Library and RSL
