I live on the town centre side of Bassendean which is very different to the other side separated by the railway. Wonderful Rich history right by the swan river. Best cafe/bakery in Perth (Last Crumb)
Has a really good town like vibe - super vibrant. Only 10mins from the city. Becoming a very pricey suburb to get into given just how good this little pocket of basso is.
