Not many people know about this little enclave of acreage homes just off Mudgeeraba Road so it is very private. So close to everything. My kids used to walk to school at All Saints. Also walking distance to Aldi & Mudgeeraba shops and also Robina if you're feeling fit - we walked to Skilled Park one night to watch the Titans. Bus stop is at the end of the street so very easy to get to Pacific Fair etc. There is a bit of traffic noise from Mudgeeraba Road that's only to be expected when you live so close to everything, the M1 is just around the corner and the roadworks are due to finish in May 2010 which will make a huge difference to traffic flow in peak times. Great location!
