Been living on Kelvin Avenue for 3 years and its great. Very quiet street and being a no through road its very safe as only residents venture down. Only 200m to the train station which is great as my partner and I commute to the city daily. And its summer, its excellent as the beach is only a 5 minute walk away with the supermarket and other shops not much further. Big tick for Kelvin Avenue!
