"The inner west suburb "busyness" forgot"
Ashbury is suburbia the way it ought to be, and you won't believe it's just 10km from the CBD. With its vast parklands, period charm, family friendly feel, uncongested and clean streets... It's the suburb inner west congestion forgot.
Flanked by Ashfield, Canterbury, Campsie, Dulwich Hill train stations and light rail, as well as CBD bound buses, you'll be spoilt for travel choices. All this, minus the hustle and bustle that is synonymous with suburbs with train stations - all this minus the noise, pollution and minus the ugly aesthetic that comes with the territory. All this minus the "busyness".
It's fair to say Ashbury is a peaceful neighbourhood, so much so, it even has a park aptly named "Peace Park". Very befitting!
There are quaint cafes in the area and some more popular ones in the neighbouring suburbs. When it comes to dining out, again you'll be spoilt for choice.
Schools are among the best in Sydney. The area is very tightly held, is on the conservation list, meaning it's heritage listed; so no high rises or fluorescent houses are permitted. It has a great community feel. Amenities are nearby. Sports centres and clubs, shopping precincts, are all conveniently placed - close enough to walk to, but far enough to escape from.

"Lots of quirks and perks"
Old world charm with modern conveniences, great family feel, community driven with proximity to CBD just too easy.
