I have lived in Ascot Vale for 40 odd years and have seen the progression of the suburb. It has everything a person could desire. The people, the amenities, the transport (both private and public), the position from the city and the vibe of the suburb.I really cannot praise it enough, If I won the lottery, I wouldn't move more than 1KM.
