Have a look at the map of Kelmscott. 75% of the suburb is located to the east of Albany Hwy. 40% of this suburb's surface area is one national park Banyowla Regional Park and other smaller parks. Only a tiny part of Kelmscott around Westfield Road and Champion Drive has crime and public housing. There is some, but less crime at the train/bus stations and some public housing. Vast majority of Kelmscott is very safe and has no public housing at all, 90% of the surface area.
