"Very under rated suburb. It is a very nice suburb and affordable"

I have been living in rooty hill for more than 5 years and it is getting improved day by day. Lots of people move to this suburb as it is affordable and convenient.

Parks
Public Transport
Houses with massive backyards
Peaceful
Still affordable

Not great for

Needs more cafe's and nightlife
Train station needs elevator
