"Port Adelaide - where Community Spirit is alive and well!!!"
You could really be mistaken for thinking you were in a trendy melbourne suburb! Its a wonderful tree lined street, with stunning heritage listed buildings on either side. Many small businesses flourish here and there are also the most wonderful Museums too! Take the kids to the Maritime Museum which has hands on fun - and always a different show in school holidays. Once you're done there, scoot across the cobble stoned walkway to the Lipson Street Cafe. The food is always top notch, and you can choose to sit outside under the leafy trees. Such ambience! Its a short walk to the Port River Promenade, the landing dock for the Dophin Cruises - definitely a great destination for everyone!

"And you thought Ramsay Street was friendly?"
Talk about living the dream! Without an exaggeration, we open our front door and see boats and trees and parks and take a deep breath - how lucky are we to be here?
We can walk straight out the door and take our pooch for a walk - short walk or long walk? Just a matter of walking along the beach or the Marina! What choices!!
Kids want to get out of the house and play? A walk across the road and we are there.
Snuggled up in bed and in winter we can hear the faint sound of an incoming ship's fog-horn. Nothing can beat that!
Friendly neighbours (I know the names of at least six owners in the street), proud home-owners who look after their homes means mine will never be undervalued by any neighbouring properties.
We feel like we are on holidays all the time - sometimes we have a giggle at the diners enjoying a coffee at the Beach Pit Cafe - this is our lifestyle, not a cafe we visit.
I will never move from here. Its heaven .

"A relaxed community where you feel like you're on holidays every day!"
Located a quick 20 minutes from the heart of Adelaide, North Haven offers the best holiday lifestyle for all types of families. A great selection of restaurants a walk away makes dining out so easy. All are very child friendly which is great. No need for a huge backyard here - there are many parks along the esplanade, with many more scattered throughout the suburb. A great environment for walking the dog with doggy-doo bags attached to most bins, and very conscientious owners to boot. No excuse to not exercise - the beach is at your doorstep, walking paths everywhere and strolling around the marina is always a pleasure. If you have children, there are numerous schools to choose from, great Kindergartens and lots of after school activities for them. A recent bonus is the huge park built at Pelican Point - open space, scooter tracks, climbing equipment, flying foxes - a child's paradise.
Once you've lived here, you will never want to live anywhere else!!!
