I’m a proud West Essendon local and have lived here for many years. It honestly offers everything - easy access to transport, Essendon station, trams, close to schools, cafes, restaurants, fitness centres, shopping centres. It’s all close.

What’s so much better than actual Essendon is we get the same access to amenities, but you are away from the chaotic hustle and bustle. We have the peace, quieter streets, surrounded by greenery, and parks close to the Maribyrnong River. I think we align more with Aberfeldie than Essendon.

It’s a beautiful suburb and too underrated. A hidden gem that some real estate agents in the area don’t appreciate and undervalue.
For me it’s the best place to live in Essendon
