A short street on a hill with views looking south. The houses are well maintained and most gardens are tidy. Unlike many streets that parallel Sherwood, this street does not connect through to High street, and therefore does not see anywhere near the traffic of surrounding streets. All the benefits and convenience of High Street are there, with easy access to Ashburton shops and the freeway, but secluded as well.
