Just 25 minutes from Darwin city we are truly blessed to be living on 5 acres.
A straight run on the highway to the city - little traffic. All blocks in the area are at least 5 acres, so it is rare to see or hear from your neighbours. Goodenia Drive is located in Woodleigh Estate, just over 6 years old the entire estate was privatlely owned until subdivided sometime around 2000. Consequently all blocks in the area are private and still resonable "virgin" in terms of landscape. The esate is enclosed so there is no through traffic - only local traffic. Most residents know the others and to be honest we have quite a good bunch living in the area. Just good hard working family people living in the area. There are good facilities close by - Bees Creek Pre School and Primary school which are fantastic - Coolalinga shops with Woolworths trading until 10 pm, vets, hairdressers, Video shop, mower shop, pool shop etc etc etc and a great local pub - The Virginia Tavern. Blessed we are Virginia is a great place to live.............
