We moved to Manly Vale after looking at dozens, and dozens, of properties in the lower northern beaches. We ended up buying here for value for money. Over two years later we absolutely love it. Manly Vale is undervalued compared to neighbouring suburbs though has much to offer with easy access to transport to city; proximity to the bush with Manly Dam and easy access to beaches. Quiet and friendly neighbourhood.
