You will be sorry if you miss out on buying hear before this place takes off, and it will be fast.
Clive Palmer is going to spend 4 billion dollars on Coolum beach and make it the best holiday fun place to live, work, play and shop till you drop.

It is very easy to meet people here. It is not isolated at all!! The mums are all very friendly at the school. She will be fine!

If you need night life Noosa(Hastings street) is up the road and Maroochydore (Ocean street) had plenty!

Hi my daughter and son in law are thinking of moving there. They have two kids aged 6 and 9. My son in law has been offered a job in gladstone and he is planning to stay there. During the week and come home to coolum beach at weekend. She is worried that it will be really isolated. Is it easy to meter friends there and is there enough leisure, nightlife and attractions for a young family.
