"Within minutes - sand in your toes!"
Óne street back from the beach'. Great place to call home with parks and so close to the conservation walkway. Wake up to sounds of crashing waves to ease into the day and sure to catch a view. No through road provides a safe enviroment with local traffic and a fantastic place to bring up kids.

"Blink and you will miss it!"
Tucked away off Dutchman Drive and positioned three streets back from popular Hallett Cove beach! Home to 22 residents and known to be very quiet for traffic and great street parties once a year! Being a cul de sac to the end of the street this is an easy walk though to the beach or lead to the Conservation park.

"Sunny side up!"
A great place to call home is this popular beachside suburb offering some of the best beaches across Adelaide. You will see many people throughout the day walking, running and exercising along the esplanade and provides for a safe place to swim, windsurf or relax. Jetty road has the cafe strip and many restaurants while a spread of other fantastic places to eat are along Brighton Road. A number of train stations run through the suburb that link to far south and ideal for catching a lift to the city. A real vibe exists here and a very easy place to live with plenty of shopping and things to entertain.

"One of the best!"
As for neighbourly spirit this is very good and being a court provides little traffic! A good mix of families with older kids lives here as well as retiree's and presents as a very safe environment with plenty of places to exercise a walk. Park around the corner and you are only a minute away from the natural coast and board walks. To locals and its developers it’s known as 'The Point' in this part of Hallett Cove. Most of the allotments were sold in 2000 in this street with the last house being built in 2006 to complete.
You would not generally buy here if it is views you seek! However for its quality of houses and different build's have given this street the 'thumbs up'over its neighbouring street'.'

"Perfect spot to marvel a view!"
Small street located between Cormorant Drive and Albatross being a tightly held spot for homes that capture great sea views across to the North of Adelaide and down to Hallett Cove beach. Only a stroll away is the boardwalk that takes you down to the beach and past the creek entrance. Homes here are of very high standard and mostly two storey. Friendly neighbourhood with easy access to buses and plenty of good terain close by if you like walking.

"Perfect for those seeking a view at an affordable price!"
Great scenery driving down this road that hugs the second street back from the coast with it winding down over the creek bridge and around again meeting the entrance to what's known as 'The Headlands' of Hallett Cove. I would say everyone in this street has something to boast about in respect to views! From a peep of the sea and to those who rise above and capture spanning views across the Gulf and North of Adelaide. Great place to live and friendly community that all know someone.
Groups to get involved in here would be 'Friends of the lower field river!'
Close to boardwalks and brilliant rocky beaches with unusual coastline to explore.

"Enjoyed by only a few!"
Nice outlook enjoyed by only a few in this street with spanning views across the newly upgraded park with walking path and new play equipment. Situated between The Cove Road and Sandison Road and half way between the beach and the shopping centre with local R12 school around the corner.

"An amazing seaside suburb with views, conservation parks, clean air and friendly spirit!"
One of few suburbs in Adelaide where you there is such a wide gap between entry level and top end buying. Spend as little as $320,000 for a roof over your head or take in a something special with no doubt spanning sea views and plenty of house for up to the 1.2million. Known for its natural heritage and conservation parks, sea views and some wonderful parks also come standard in this area. New shopping centre is great offering convenience to locals with two major food stores, Big W, Dick Smith and now with a couple of restaurants and take away food outlets. Two train stations make commuting to the city a breeze and there is plenty of local clubs which include the 'Cove Cobras' Aussie rules football team, Hallett Cove BMX, Scouts, Tennis clubs and Little Athletics among more.
Approximately 4800 homes reside in area. Many different nationalities - most of my experience has been Polish, English and Scottish and recently Chinese showing interest through the area.
A friendly suburb where everyone knows someone and lifestyle here seems pretty affordable.
A number of religious groups in the area as well as three schools including Hallett Cove R12 catering from reception to year 12.

can you swim at a beach in Hallett Cove, or do you need to go a short distance to find a good swimming/body boarding beach?
You could Christine but its quite rocky. Better swimming beach only a short drive down the road in either direction
"'Glenn Nelson says'"
Freebairn is the main access road to the Headlands and the 'Point' from the Lonsdale Hwy. There are 51 houses and only 3 blocks of land left in existance to build. Some great advantage points along here wih some homes adoring north facing views across the Hallett Cove beach. Bus stop at your door and modern contemporary homes that are still affordable within the suburb.

"'Sea views come standard here!'"
Nice quiet position with easy access to walking trails and tucked away from main traffic noise with less than 15 homes calling this street home! Everyone has a sea view here with some enjoying the luxury of cliff frontage enabling uninterrupted sea views to both the west and north of Adelaide down the coast. On a good day you can see across to the other peninsular! Fantastic up market quality homes dominate this street and don't forget the sea breezes.

"Trains, parks, bicycle tracks and walking trails - it's all here!"
One of the main access roads to Hallett Cove that leads from Lonsdale Hwy to Marino, great for views and parks and walking trails for most only a stroll away. Easy access to two train stations and closer to the Marino end is a set of local shops that have a medical centre, hairdresser and deli. Bike trail is also handy along side the rail that takes you to the major shopping centre and again leads to Marino and Kingston Park.

"Last estate developed in Seacliff!"
Great spot with a park to the end of the street as well as the Seacliff hockey/tennis club. As only a small street, parking for cars is limited, however car park for from Tennis club accomodates 80 cars so handy for big parties! Christmas is fantastic with carols by candlelight' and santa visits for the local kids at John Mathwin reserve. Seacliff primary is also close by and numbers are increasing to the school as younger families are moving into the area. 7 minute walk to Kingston Park and Seacliff beach and two train stations within walking distance.
All houses built in this estate are from 2001 onwards and consist of two storey family homes to courtyards with views!
I have sold the following homes in Lucy May Drive:
17 Lucy May Drive
14 Lucy May Drive
3 Lucy May Drive

"Wow! for location and view!"
Where do you start. Fantastic location with elevated sea views and a park to the end the street. Mostly all owner occupier and is generally quite for traffic and hooks up to the field river where you can walk to the beach. One of my favourite streets as you have a vast range of different style homes and away from mainstream.
Local group - 'friends of the lower field river' which are local volunteers and neighbors assisting to protect and care for the adjoing river and park and its enviroment. visit www.fieldriver.org for more information.
