Oceanic drive is in the new Hidden Harbour development. As such all the houses are brand new (or still being built), the neighbours are new- so everyone's friendly. The development will include some great parklands at the end of each street (Oceanic drive will have a soccer pitch) and it's only a short walk to the nearest playground. About a 10 min walk to the beach. Perfect for young families or empty nesters- the blocks are small, but with so much on your doorstep you don't need a big backyard.

There aren't any schools or medical facilities in Safety Beach, but it's only a short drive to nearby Mount Martha or Dromana. There is a bus through the suburd- nearst stop about 1km away.

Being part of Martha Cove, there is 24hr security. The development will eventually include a retail/restaurant precinct near the boat ramp, but for now there's the Safety Beach Yacht Club on the foreshore.

The new Frankston bypass (which will connect with Eastlink) will come to within a 5 minute drive of the street, making trips to the city that bit closer.

Will be a beautiful area in the near future- much development to be done so get in while it's still relatively cheap!
