"An all-round great place to live"
We moved to the area two years ago and are incredibly glad we did. All of our neighbours are super friendly and it seems like the schools in the area and the great location are bringing good people to the suburb. I particularly like the parts closer to Brighton, you can't beat being able to get to the bay easily or to Sandgate on a summer's weekend. There are also quite a number of good cafes and restaurants in the area now. overall, we love it. There is no better part of QLD to bring up a family! Have noticed the prices are starting to go up quite a lot recently... Seems like others have realised as well!

Hi GordonS2... could you please give me some information on the streets to the to the left of deagon deviation in BR...mainly rainwood street and barfoot street? Is it a good for investment ?
