I just moved to chevron after living around the coast for 10 years... similar to when i lived in chirn park it has a great community and isolated feel, yet its right on the doorstep of surfers. I can walk to the centre of surfers quicker than it would normally take to find a car park in there !

The cafe's and pubs are good, a few tacky units around but i think it adds character... to much of the gold coast is rendered, and i cant stand fake !
I dont need to drive my car on the weekend... beers as i please and in the middle of everything !

I see my self staying around here for a very long time... its awesome !
