Koonung Rd

"Great Street"

With easy access to Blackburn North Shopping Centre, Old Orchard Primary and the Eastern Freeway, this is a convenient little pocket with some great neighbours. Property prices have been doing really well and people recognise the great size blocks of land and future growth of this street.

Middleborough Road

"Convenience!"

Its a street that does get a little bit of traffic but with Laburnum Station at one end and a great strip of shops (especially the Indian restaurant) at the other your close to everything you need. With park land in front and Laburnum Primary School nestled in the middle, in is a great entry level option with heaps of convenience for anyone wanting to move into Blackburn

Blackburn

"One of the Best"

As a person who was born and raised in Blackburn it was a safe and friendly environment to grow up in. Many years later, I now work as a real estate agent servicing the wonderful suburb of Blackburn. It is community orientated suburb with schools, parks and street scape that rival any suburb in Melbourne. The most astonishing thing in all the years I have been selling real estate is that when people move into Blackburn, they very rarely move out of it.
