"Handy to City & airport. Close to the river & parks"
Long through street with a mixture of dwellings - houses, apartments & units. Several recent new houses & unit complex built.
Close to Bardon Park & Maylands Yatch club on the river, views of the river , Burswood, Belmont racecourse.
Nearest "town centre is Eighth Avenue in Maylands which is being developed with new shops, and apartments, couple of supermarkets near by, gym, fast food, couple of good restaurants and not far over to Mt Lawley or Inglewood.
I like it a lot

- Handy to city & airport, public transport access
- Nice locals

- Occasional traffic problems due to street parking
