Such nice place to live opposite from beautiful arncliffe park

I use to lived in burwood for nearly 6 years before i looking into purchase my own property. Dont get me wrong, burwood is good place to live with alot of retail and facility. After 6month property searching ( most in in western area ) we decide buy this one in arncliffe, near park. we were very worried at beginning since its new place to place. But after 9 month stay, we found its just not possible for us go back burwood. Arncliffe is so quiet and peaceful compare with noisy burwood. Location wise is excellent, close to everything , city, newtown, even only takes 15mins back to syd west. close to beach which now we enjoy a totally different live style. takes us only 2mins drive to the beach.
we were worried about plane noise, but after half year living, you can hardly hear it, the plane path is not on top of arncliffe like some the other area. other exciting things are like few months ago we notice few of large developer company like meriton start to lunch huge residential project in Arncliffe with commercial place which is a wonderful news for everyone living here, firstly it will bring new retails and also most importantly the property price will start boom for sure in few years time. we love the greens, neighbourhood is great. love it.
