Because we are on Melbourne Road, we save lots of time not having to queue to get onto the bridge. Only takes 15'-20' during peak hours to get to work by car. Neighbours are very friendly. Short walk/bike ride to the beach. Minutes drive to the best restaurants and coffee shops in Williamstown and Yarraville. This is a great area.

Some car noise from the Melbourne Road though we've gotten used to it. It's surprisingly easy to get in and out of our place being on the main road. People always give way.
