Low quality homes in low socio-economy neighbourhood. Wouldn’t leave there unless I had to.

Was working there for a few years. Hard to say who would choose Figtree to live. Very mixed neighbourhood that has made it a bit unsafe.

Have been living here since 2010. You will never find a better neighbour in the region. Super luxury quality homes, prestigious neighbourhood, educated residents along with beautiful ocean view hills.

Have been exploring Kiama Downs in the past few months for a good quality house for my parents. Not even one average of quality in the neighbourhood. Low quality homes indicates low quality tastes.
