"Terrific suburb only 8km from CBD"

We moved here 3 years ago from Ivanhoe. So glad.
close to everything. schools; parks; city; Carlton; Camberwell and Hawthorn shopping areas; tram and bus in walking distance. Values rising and will rise much further next 5 years
