Street can be a little busy during the day, but at night empty. Street is wide unlike new estate's, walkways being built all the time. Lot's of knock down rebuilds happening. More families moving into the area, with retirees moving out. Commute south to Hornsby is 1 hour, with 45 minutes north to Maitland. Looking at a map the Toukley Area is almost an Island, with bridge accesses from The Entrance, Gorokan and Budgewoi. Island living.
