We have lived in various capital cities in Australia and we absolutely love Wodonga. This is a great place for families. There are great parks, bike tracks and sporting facilities. The Rutherglen and King Valley wine regions are close by. If you are a keen skiier or snowboarder then this is the place for you Falls creek 1.5hrs and Hotham 2hrs. In the summer you can swim down the Murray river or Kayak. There is a lot to do especially if you like the outdoors. Housing is still affordable compared to most capital cities. If you are a skilled worker there are jobs in wodonga just check the local newspaer "The border Mail" or Seek.com
