Old part of Highfields, no construction + much bigger blocks. Walk, bike or minute drive to Coles, Woolworths, Aldi, shops, schools, pubs, cafes, and library, under 15 min to CBD, on the doorstep of several national parks, some great wineries and boutique grower estates. No-through-road and very safe. Great for families or avoiding the hustle and bustle.
