Because of it's shape, the only people who drives through the area are just the residents of the street, so it's very quiet. And yet it's still close to Tom Roberts shopping area with quite a few dining options. Close to parks.

if you stay at the right pockets, it's very pleasant, safe and quiet. Internet is not a problem for us. Currently with ADSL2 with good speeds. Driving to CBD during weekdays can be a nightmare at certain hours. If you leave home around after 8.30, traffic is much better.
