Mill Park is certainy a suburb with a lot of potential for growth (capital) and I believe with its current property prices, it is one of the best suburbs in the North.

Have been living in Mitcham for over 2 years now and LOVE everything about it. Perfect public transport (best train line, almost every 2 to 3 mins there is a limited express train to city), close to main free ways, close to all kinds of shopping centres, heaps of beautiful parks and close to both primary and secondary schools and on top of all safe, family friendly and leefy area. Certainly a perfect suburb for families.
