"Lovely street, one of the best in Frankston North"

Quiet mostly family occupied street. The street has a lovely reserve and playground where you’ll often see families visiting with their children on weekday evenings and weekends, as the ELC is nearby. It’s nice the shops are a short walk away too. Very safe feel.

"Hidden underrated gem"

Everyone bags Frankston and Frankston North, but not only is it affordable, we got a place for 600k in 2025, it’s a 3 bedroom family home with 550m of land. We’re right opposite a park, an ELC, near the shops, by a lovely golf course, and the beach is a 7 minute drive away! We’re also so close to Mornington peninsula! Only suburb with houses under 650k in the area 🙂 - and the more good people and families who move here the merrier, so come!! Frankston north gets a bad wrap but it’s clearly gentrifying rapidly and it has a nice family friendly feel on most streets. Sure there’s the occasional bad street, but most suburbs have them!
