me and my husband have been living in homebush for 7 years we absolutely love living here,it has changed alot over the last 5 years for the best george street north strathfield with in 5 mins walking distance is booming with character the old arnotts biscuit factory fully restored, now some great thai,latin ,indian,korean, middle eastern restaurants there,shopping, fitness first,pubs cafes,grocerys,the old ducatti motor cycle shop has closed and has been transformed into a massive italian coffie shop /pizza//restaurant,right next to it butchers,big korean bbq tosung fire bbq lovely food, everything you need,the transport here is the best,trains every 15mins buses every 10 mins going to where ever you want,15 mins and your in the city cbd,theres so many private & public schools around here great for new familys one day this place will be on the map big time.
