Fantastic suburb. Polite people. I live closer to Carramar side of Banksia Grove. It's really nice, here. Coles, Aldi and Woolies. Restaurants too. I am sure new development should prop up in the future. Hard-working polite Aussie population. Great internet services. surprised to see comments about bogans and internet issues here.
