Balmain
"Getting ruined by the invasion of Porsche, Audi, Merc SUV's & the Yuppies that Own them."
I love Balmain and have lived here for 10+ years in a nice house and drive an ok (medium sized) car. The streets are narrow and so are a lot of the houses but the invasion is crowding the streets and the neighbourhood. Since the prices have skyrocked so have the new breed of people moving in. The friendly boho vibe Balmain has always had is fast diminishing and being replaced by the arrogance you see from other harbour suburbs. Such a shame. Rozelle & Lilyfield still seem to have a cool vibe though.

I love my Merc SUV! Agree, this is a bad bad suburb, don't come here, let's keep it to ourselves.
