It's a place you have to travel to, you can't pass through it going somewhere else, so there is very little congestion and no 'peak hour'.

You're very close to private schools and very good state schools, the train is only a short walk away and takes less than an hour to get to Central Station. Plus the Bay and Straddie are on our door step.

There are plenty of parks to play in, fly kites and have a BBQ, the point itself is always full on the weekends with families swimming and fishing.
