Minto
"Better than we thought"
Me and my wife really enjoy living in Minto. We moved here only last year after getting married. Transportation was very important for us when we were looking for an affordable home. Both me and my wife work in the city and having Minto on the East Hill train line, it couldnt be much easier!
As an experienced Real Estate agent in the past I also see allot of potential in Minto. With all the housing commisions already pulled down and new houses going up I can already see growth which would be benifical to not only our current communities but for future home owners also.
It is no longer Mino, ITS MINTO!
Proud new HOME OWNER! HOUSSES ARE STILL AFFORDABLE!

Please be aware that the housing commision is planned to be 30% of the one minto estate and that is yet to happen. That is still a suprising amount of public housing compared to other areas in Sydney.
