Gairloch drive is in the "golf links estate" part of frankston, it has a close proximity to the frankston freeway, one of the best schools in frankston (John Paul College) and the school having new upgrades including a new state of the art hall.

Its only 2 minutes to the frankston freeway which is extremely quiet now which makes getting to the other end of the peninsula a breeze. 2 highly rated golf clubs peninsula country club and the award winning Long island country club, both golf clubs are excellent and i can recommend them to any golfer. and also the peninsula link freeway too.

its 5 minutes to bayside shopping centre which has everything you need and the beach is very close too.
there is also karingal shopping centre and beach st shops too, plus the power centre too which is 3 mins drive from gairloch drive. there are great resaurants in the srea and with the new deck restaurant underway things are looking better everyday in frankston.
