Upper Crystal Creek Rd

"Stunningly beautiful area, only 10 mins drive from centre of Murwillumbah on school bus route"

Upper Crystal Creek Road is a no through road off the main NSW/QLD tourist route from Natural Arch through Chillingham village to Murwillumbah.

Extremely peaceful and quiet with views that are unsurpassed in any area this close to town - "town" in this case being Murwillumbah, which has a movie theatre, shopping centre (Coles & Target), a large range of speciality shops and boutiques, delis and 5 pubs. School buses pickup and drop off the length of Upper Crystal Creek Road, as does the council garbage collection. Village Store at Chillingham is even closer for "bread and milk" shopping. Store also has a PO and sells beer and wine over the counter.

Local nickname for Upper Crystal Creek Rd is "Millionaires Row" as property in the street is highly sought after - with those on hills with the best views fetching premium prices.

Property sizes range from a few acres to several hundred acres and with Council regulations preventing any future sub-division under 100 acre lots the area will stay as beautiful into the future as it is today.
