"Not what it seems"
Robina seems like a great option but beware it is not. Evergreen View is the worst place I have ever lived. If you want your home vandalised, children screaming 10+ hours a day, drug deals and neighbours who love to harass and bully you then Robina is the place for you!

Wow you must be in a bad area as I have never experienced any of your issues. I have lived here for over 4 years having moved up from down South and really love it. We have two kids and they love Robina. We live overlooking a golf course and at most times during the day and night you could hear a pin drop.
There is so much to love. Robina shopping Centre is fantastic, great walks, cafes and restaurants, family friendly and just great facilities in general. It is just so close to everywhere- 10 mins drive to Burleigh or Broadbeach and a 10 minute walk to Varsity from our place. Very happy resident.
