an older street with many new residents revamping their properties thus raising the bar as far as resale goes. Pines shopping centre 2 minutes walk, local primary and secondary schools a few minutes away, close to local beach and creek, sports centre (swimming, gym, squash) only a few minutes away. Quiet cul-de-sac. A mix of older residents and newer purchasers. By far the best street I have lived in, in my 25 years on the Gold Coast........when we need to downsize, I am going to hate having to do it.
