Very concerned about the change in the past few months. Quiet enjoyment slowly tainted by barking dogs every few houses. Low socioeconomic area - people moving in with pets and not looking after them properly. Dogs going off for days at a time barking. Getting rather ridiculous in our neck of the woods. It's become a weekly event to witness a few dogs wandering around the streets alone.
I have never lived like this anywhere else in Australia.
