What a lovely part of the world to walk to the lilyponds park and chat to locals in the coffee shop, bakery or pub.  The library or eateries are good meeting places and bargains too in the charity op shop.  Why wouldn't you seek a climate of change like this?  All this is situated in an ecological biosphere we're proud to protect.
