We bought recently on Troywood Crescent - the house was listed on Friday and was sold that weekend with multiple offers. We adore the location and the peaceful yet convenient neighbourhood. Lovely family area. Great school options and we are walking distance to the new park and recently opened artisan bakery at the Headland Park shops. Amazing sourdough! We can even walk to Alex Headland beach in 15 mins or so.
