Deer Park
"Great Place to live"
Deer Park is the new area, a peaceful place to live. It close to Western Freeway which takes you 25 mins to the city. If you are shopping lover, you can go to HighPoint and DFO Essendon. They are about 20min from Deer Park without any traffic.
In Summer, I can go to Altona beach which is just 15 mins away.
That's all what I need, quiet place, so many parks, childcare, gym & fitness, easy access to Western Freeway.
Of course, this suburb need more entertainment facilities like coffee shops, restaurants, a shopping center.
But for a family, this place is great.
Great for
- Newer estate is good.
- Potential for growth
- Price is good to sell with due to proximity to the city.
Not great for
- Shopping Center
- Need cafes, restaurants and entertainment facilities
- Nothing to do. Boring.
