Fairmount Circuit

"Fairmount Cct"

Clean, tidy and quiet street with friendly neighbours. Tree tops overhanging the roads providing a beautiful green cover.
Only minutes away from the M7 Motorway and Cycleway which attracts plenty of visitors, there are schools nearby and easy access to shopping at Bella Vista Circa.

There are very little disturbances on this street, and great neighbourhood spirit.

Great for

  • Friendly and Quiet Street
  • Close to Cycleway, M7 and M2
  • Close to Major Road and Shopping

Not great for

  • Some M7 noise if you back onto the Highway
  • Only one way in / out of the area via Green Hill Drive
  • The cycleway attracts a lot of people parking on the street of a weekend.

Glenwood

"Close to Everywhere"

Situated on the fringes of Norwest Sydney this quiet area in bustling with a combination of young families, retiree's and professionals. There are plenty of shopping options nearby with its own shopping village featuring Woolworths, medical centre, newsagent and pharmacy, a slightly larger shopping centre is only 5kms away in Bella Vista in the Circa complex. Glenwood is also in close proximity to Castle Towers Shopping Centre, Rouse Hill Town Centre, Blacktown Westpoint, Winston Hills and Norwest Plaza.

There are 3 primary schools two public and one catholic and a 7 - 12 high school. there are also 3 daycare centres in the area.

Easy access to the M2 and M7 motorways and the TWAY bus system. The area also features 4 sporting grounds with tennis, playgrounds, cricket pitches and even an outdoors gym.

Great for

  • Close to shopping and transport
  • Friendly and clean
  • Plenty of parks

Not great for

  • Some early morning traffic
  • Some noise if living close to M7

Hi, I recently bought a house in crestview drive, Comes under kings ridge estate. I am relatively new to the area. How is the area? Any burgalary? and is there any good schools. I have to travel to Rhodes. commuting by public transport seems to be difficult, Any advise on the street and suburb? How is caddies creek school? Thanks

Great Street!! I lived right down the road from there for over 10 years, since the estate was under construction. I think this part of the area (Glenwood) is beautiful, unfortunately, yes, we were burgled on one occasion but that is because our property has easy access (it backed onto the vacant land behind the M7). Travelling to Rhodes is definitely a mission I myself have had to do that on a number of occasions however Crestvview is just a moment from the T-Way getting a bus to the train station should be a hassle. Street is beautiful no advice needed, might be a bit annoying if you live where everyone parks their cars for the bus but otherwise I think its a nice street.. Caddies Creek seems like a good school, a friend of mine who is a school teacher in the area sends his children their with no dramas. I also tutor guitar to a lot of students that attend Caddies Creek and they are always so nice and polite.

To be honest I never really notice the noise, obviously the ambience isn't dead silence but it has never been an issue. I lived in fairmount circuit until earlier this year, my parents also live there, lovely street minimal noise..

Thanks again for your feed back. Fairmont cct is very nice. I looked around. Neighbours seems to be good as well. Also noticed few bikies around there. How did you travelled to Rhodes. I checked in 131500 and I got catch a bus to Westmead which approximately take 20 mins then from westmead to Strathfield and to Rhodes. Total Journey nearly 1 hour. Is there any better way? However it is easy for my wife, she got to catch only one bus to macquarie park. Also people talk about recycling water, We never heard about that. Is it only in this area? I lived in parammat and moving to glenwood,

Hi all We are considering moving to Glenwood. How do u find Tuscan Water Estate (other side of Glenwood) as compared to main side where schools n parks are. Should we look at both sides and whether Crestview side has families with school kids or oldies...I want to know your 1st hand opinion. Pls correct me if I am wrong there is no park for walking in that side. How safe is it...I hv heard no buses come inside the estate except on TWay. So do most people hv 2 cars in home...pls share ur personal findings...thanks heaps
